Netball

Netball is a no-contact, seven-a-side game and is mostly played by girls and women. It can be played indoors or outdoors. The object of the game is to score points by throwing the ball through the hoop on the pole at the opposing team's end of the court. Players can pass the ball by throwing it but they are not allowed to run with it. They are not allowed to hold the ball for more than three seconds. A game lasts for sixty minutes - four fifteen minute quarters.
